    Thanks, great!

    so should I activate it networkly or only in main site?

    If network activated, it show:

    Go back (to the last page from where you tried to enter this page) and refresh that page, and then click “enter PhpMyAdmin” button again. If you still have problems, open ticket at Support pages, probably something breaks a normal page-load in dashboard.

    but I can not open the setting page, I mean it will still show that open page after refresh.

    It works in this way:
    – If multi-site, available only in Network dashboard.
    – If single-site, available in default dashboard.

    Well, you describe the common (yet undetected) problem, some people meet. Please, tell me:
    1) your site uses http or https?
    2) your site uses www or not
    3) the extension of your site (.com , com.ua, or etc)
    4) do you get see any error message in dashboard, before that page?
    5) please, try to refresh the page where is shown “Enter phpmyadmin” button, after refresh click it again and tell me if any difference.

    5.no difference after refresh.

    Thanks

    @alexlii

    I have to thank you. After trying to detect and solve the problem, I’ve found that WordPress destroys authorization sessions, and i couldnt notice that. I’ve updated the plugin, check new version.

    Well, it seems solely hosting conflict, as on all test sites we checked, it worked.
    The last resort is to write us at https://www.protectpages.com/contact and mention the hosting name (godaddy, hostgator or etc, with the PACKAGE name, either starter, premium, vps or whatever). Then we could check the specific website directly.
