I have never explicitly tested it on a MultiSite install but, given the number of downloads, I would expect it to work just fine.
I would like you to try it and let me know if you have any issues. I am willing to troubleshoot and fix any compatibility issues you might find.

Sorry, but I don’t know what that means. You tried it on your site?
does it work of not?
i use multi-site WordPress and when i installed the plugin and activate it
each web site have to register and modify the plugin
with multi-site me( the network admin)
can set up the settings in the networks panel for all the web sites
i use the network admin and the users are users
its like wordpress.com if you use the system you cant select what to do with the setting the network admin set it up

I have been using my plugin on me WP-MU successfully but think I see what your problem is: You, as the network admin, want to use my plugin to scan you files for infection; but you don’t want the site admin of each site to use the plugin on these shared files. Is that right?
i agree the plugin works
but as system admin i want to set the settings and not the site admin
and as site admin i need a control panel for the plugin to see stats about my sub sites

I have a BETA version I would like you to test that has support for Multisite and the Network Admin Menu. Would you like to test this new version on your Multisite?

sorry but your plugin dont Compatible with MU
as a MU network admin i should to have a admin bar in my networks dashboard
and to set the settings for sub sites
i dont want to allow the sub admins(web admins)
to set the settings for this plugin or i will allow them
