multisite: switch user option not displaying | ww.wp.xz.cn

We have a multisite instance and when I check in both Users places, the main site Users and then the Network Admin Users I am not seeing the option to Switch User. FYI, we are using the User Role Editor plugin. Other than that, we are not using any other User type plugins.

If you’ve used User Role Editor to adjust permissions of a user or their role, then that’s likely the cause. Ultimately a user needs the ability to edit the target user in order to be able to switch into their account (via the edit_users capability and/or edit_user meta capability). Take a look through the FAQ and hopefully you’ll get it figured out.
