Multisite table creation issue

    When WP-Mail-bank is installed on a multisite it creates a table for each subsite but when that WordPress project gets a new subsite (after installation of WP-mail-bank) it remains unable to create a new table for this newly created subsite.

    Although the new table is absent it shows the settings interface (of the new subsite) in the WP admin GUI. This admin GUI doesn’t neither save anything nor create a table for the same.

    In short, WP-mail-Bank becomes unusable for the subsites that are created after its installation.

    The problems has been rectified in edition 2.0.2.

    Please update 2.0.2 and it should be fixed.
