After installing the plug-in, there is no change, and the page refresh stays on the plug-in list page. There is also no associated menu item.

I hope you are doing well.

The plugin is compatible with multisite, by default it is configured in the network.

If you would like to use the Smush subsite level please go to Network > Smush > Settings > Subsite control:

In case it isn’t showing in the network, I suggest running a full plugin conflict test following this guide:
