Multisite WordPress Issue

    I installed Lumturio with success in our Multisite WordPress, but when I try to add and connect it into the Lumturio account, the system displays me an error “unreachable site”, if I go to the Website overview, I see in the settings Engine Error and Pathlevel empty.

    Please, let me know how to fix it.
