Does this work on subsites when activate as super admin on a network?

Will this work across all subsites if set on the main site or do I have to set this on each subsite manually?

Once you select the plugin to be enabled on the network it will be activated on all the child sites of the WP network. If you choose to leave it as is then you have to enable it per child-site case.

I’m sorry but you’re not understanding my question. If I activate this plugin as Network Activated can I hide all notices on all subsites from my one activation? Or do I have to go to each subsite to do this?

You need to set the configuration per-site like most of the plugin options.
