Hmm. I have done some tests. I can create a new entry, click “edit” in the list and then click next -> -> -> update and the entry is updated. No new entry is created.

I did import the form and everything worked like it should. It did not create a new entry when editing a form.
You can send me the credentials to the live site. I will not disturb anything. You dont have a staging/testing site?
