In the free version only the administrator can manage the options.
Well, I tested it and it is not working on Multistore.

could you please explain what do you mean with “Multistore”? Is a particular plugin?
I have tested it on a multistore WP installation, using woocommerce, a Network with 2 pages.

the plugin works on a multisite WP environment but obviously plugin options should be handled from each sub site.
