Product not syncing across network sites. I’ve recently imported a CSV file to update pricing and visibility for all of my products. Checked a few products across a few stores and it appears the products synced as promised.

However, I’ve found a product or two that have not synced. I attempted to edit and then update the product individually, checked all of the multistore sync boxes and then updated. Nothing synced.

Also funny, inside the All Products screen under the Network Sites column, only the main site is listed. However, under the Name of the product when you mouse over, you see all of the sites, the product ID # and links to edit, delete, duplicate, etc.

How do I get these one or two items back synced to all of my sites?

    Found this link.

I’m starting to think my issues revolve around the categories. I deleted all items and categories and started from scratch a while back. I’m wondering if one of my sites has the categories mis-mapped.

Can someone help with straightening out categories and start clean?

    Hello @mikethome,

I’m not sure if I fully understand the problem here. Are you using a certain plugin for multi-site syncing?

Also, the link you added is for a thread for a problem syncing WooCommerce with Square. Are you using Square too?

Could you also attach some screenshots to help us understand the problem better? You can use a service like https://imgur.com/upload.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Not using square at all. It was an article I found when searching my issue. I’ll try to expand on my issue and attach screenshots:

I’m using WooMultistore and have 4 sites in my network. A-main and B,C,D are subdomains. Have around 3,000 products in the store. B,C and D are all clones (NS Cloner) of site A. Originally I cloned them all including media and products. However, after discovering Bulk Sync I decided to delete all products from all sites, including the main. I used the product importer to bring in all of the items to site A. From there I bulk synced to each site. While I was doing that I made the not so smart move of re-categorizing the items. Now, when I update site A with a CSV import, the categories do not sync with site D.

Ultimately, I must not be using the Bulk Sync feature of Woocommerce Multistore incorrectly.

Trying again manually syncing products across sites and it’s not working. Am I the only one with this issue?

    Hello,

Sorry to hear about this issue. To get a better idea about your site’s setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? It is located under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Please check under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if the site has any error messages, let us know as well).

Before I can start really troubleshooting this, I noticed that I’m needing to update but unable to delete the bulk sync add-on. Any help on how to perform the delete before updating? Here is the message in the network plug-in admin page:

There is a new version of WooMultistore available. View version 4.7.4 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.
You need to delete the WooMultistore bulk sync addon if you are using it, bulk sync is integrated into the WooMultistore since version 4.5.0

    Hi @mikethome

I understand that you are using the WooMultistore plugin on your site.

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best reaching out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.
