Are you currently using a multi-vendor plugin? To get a better understanding, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Are you trying to set up a multivendor site where vendors can have a booking option for their service? If correct, I think one of these plugins could be helpful:
