Music Streaming

    Hi there,

    I want to stream music so that when you enter my site it’s playing a particular song immediately. Would like it so that you can float from one page to another and the tune stays playing. Also, ideally, would like there to be a way to switch this on and off if the person looking at the site so wishes.

    Any advise on the best ways to implement this please? I am not currently signed up to Custom Design, though presume that I may have to do this in order to implement the above. However, if there is a cheap and easy (even if less sophisticated) version to just have it streaming in the short term it would be great to hear about that too.

    First off. Do not play music automatically when a user visits the site.. This is a main reason people simply turn around and leave.

    Lets say you are that person that thinks playing music automatically is cool THEN there is a few ways you can do it.

    – Open your site in a iframe (Not recommended)
    – Open a popup window

    Custom Design? Everyone with a ww.wp.xz.cn self-hosted site can custom design their website.

    Perhaps you are using wordpress.COM? For example, your URL is something.wordpress.com?

    If so, you are on the wrong forums, you would need http://en.forums.wordpress.com
