I’ve tested this on my personal multi-site test-install, and can confirm that this plugin worked for me there.
Additionally, the team behind this plugin also created the default colour schemes in the new WordPress dashboard area – this was tested extensively by millions of users over at WordPress.com prior to its release. As WordPress.com is probably the biggest instance of a WordPress multi-site out there, I believe you’re in safe hands. Go ahead and install the plugin. 🙂
