    Hi,
the backup always stopped at 76%, then i tried some steps suggested in a forum topic

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

When you do that, try to run your backup/restore once again.

but it still doesn’t work and I got a message with this debug code:
    BMI-DcnMUpFj-97282

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @janosh63

I recommend you to filter files larger than 95 MB on your website, but you can try without it firstly.

Keep currently applied solution everything should fine, but our backup process couldn’t start due to “iThemes Security” plugin.

This plugin blocks direct execution of PHP files, which is required by selected backup method. You can disable that option in your iThemes Security plugin configuration, once you do that try to run backup process once again.

If you’re migrating your website, it’s good to disable all security plugins before backup, so after migration none of them will be enabled which won’t cause issues with logging in or migration prevention.

    1. Temporarily disable “iThemes Security” plugin and/or permanently unblock direct PHP file execution in your configuration.
    2. Alternatively apply exclusion rules for files above 95 MB (it will exclude only two files).
    3. Try to make another backup 🙂

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!
