My CTX Feed plugin doesnt work

    I’m trying to generate a single feed to advertise the 1st eight products on the link in this post.

    Under your filter I select a category and “include” and the the feed will update and all the products in the category appear. But your plugin says “paste ID’s” for individual products but you cant actually paste anything into the plugin, ids, sku or anything else (using chrome, edge or firefox which Ive all tested).

    So if I want to include or exclude specific products I have to manually type and search all my produucts, to then find the feed isnt updating, it isnt specific to variations, or simple products. The plugin just doesnt seem to work, Ive cleared cache, regenerated, changed various settings and the plugin is hit an miss at best.

    Im currently using the pro version and my licence is due for renewal, Ive been battling with the plugin for a few days now, but Im not purchasing another year if it doesnt work.

    To filter items by product ID using our plugin, simply paste the desired ID into the filter field and select it from the dropdown list that appears. Once selected, you can proceed to generate the feed, which will include only the specified items.
