My Custom CSS stopped working

I have My Custom CSS installed and have added multiple lines of code. The plugin was working extremely well but when I sat down to work on the site today my site stopped loading my most recent file. Now none of the code is working and my site is back to its original look. Here are a couple of things that I have done that may have caused the problem. I often work with multiple windows open and sometimes on multiple computers. I even have multiple windows open with My Custom CSS in them. When I use FireFox code inspector I see that it looks like there are several imported CSS files. I don’t know how to purge that and just have 1. I have tried deleting the my-css.css file and pasting code back in. That didn’t work. I checked permissions on the server and it shows 644. I just can’t seem to figure out why it isn’t displaying correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have spent a great deal of time working through all the little things on the site that I want customized. Going through multiple CSS files to overwrite would be extremely time consuming.
