my export file turns empty

    I’m trying to create an export CSV file using the WooCommerce native importer/exporter. I set form fields to include all fields, all products, and all custom meta data. There are approximately 100 products. Several secunds elapse while the file is created, and a graphical progress meter displays. A file is created and downloads… I recently changed my server. How can i fixe the problem?

    Hi!

    Typically this means that during the export process a error occurred and the result is a blank file.

    Can you make sure that all your products are published and not in draft?

    If they are, the next step would be to conflict test.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/) or TwentySeventeen (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentyseventeen/) theme.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem:
    If the problem is resolved, it is a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next step.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it is a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict

    You might need to get in touch with a web developer to take a closer look as it sounds like someone would need to log into your site to troubleshoot this further (which isn’t feasible through forum support).

    With that said, please share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status to see if there’s anything immediately obvious we can spot.
