    Hey,

    While iThemes Security does harden your WordPress application it does not guarantee against hacks. And is the hack came through server level, the plugin does nothing to help combat this.

    It might be worth looking into a hack repair service to make sure there isn’t any remaining code. Below is a link to a couple of services that we officially recommend.
