    I uploaded the free AIOS plugin yesterday and configured some of the security items today. I did not implement any of the login page items for fear that I would get locked out, but it happened anyway.

    I do not have the technical skills or access to any php files or anything. I need instructions that a non-tech person can understand. I need to launch my product tomorrow, so I need help urgently. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @kt2312,

    If your IP is blocked and you are being redirected to 127.0.0.1, Please try use another internet connection so your IP gets changed and allowed to access.

    If you can provide me exact error / issue let me know if you have login white list enabled and showing 403 forbidden page then let me know.

    if you are non technical person contact your hosting support if possible to disable the AIOS plugin.
