Hi Frack,
Know it’s Sunday, but I had a look at your issue.
There is an issue where you are rendering the map.
You are using the setting for map as:
Height: 100%
Width: 100%
And stretching it with the parent (div), which is wrong.
Go back to the plugin, and change the height of your map to 500px, not 100%, and give it a try.
The issue here, is the styling in the page. I don’t recommend height = 100%, as it needs good styling (css).
Let me know how it looks with 500px height.
Regards,
Dan
Good evening Dan and thank you for your return. Really sorry, I didn’t mean to bother you on a Sunday. This site is a project there is really no urgency. Indeed, I had not seen that the initial width was in% and not in px. So I changed the size to 800 px because my page width must be full. It’s better I see information appear but not the card. On occasion but there is really no emergency if you can take a look. Thank you again and have a good day.
The link may have been changed, here it is:

I have no issue working on a Sunday, same as you.
The width of the map can be set to 100%, but the height causes issues when is 100%;
Somebody had a similar issue before, and from what I remember the shortcode was not placed in a shortcode blocker. I think you are using some sort of content builder, like WP Bakery, or other one.
From the front end is hard for me to debug. If you can give me temporary access I can have a closer look.
Regards.

I looked again at the script in the front end, and I see nothing wrong.
Thanks Dan, I’ll go look for myself. Maybe the template !!! Thank you again and have a good evening.

Hi Franck,
Are you using Gutenberg as text editor in your page?
If yes you need to add the map’s shortcode into Gutenberg shortcode block.
I’ve contacted the other person who had the same issue. And he said the shortcode was not placed in the right container of the page editor.
Regards,
Dan.
Good evening Dan and thank you for your return
I have the code via the text builder which I use with the yootheme pro template. I just tried to insert the code directly into the page without going through the builder and unfortunately it’s the same as I have what you see on this page:

Did I miss something in the configuration of the plugin, I can if you wish create an admin access to my project site? Thank you anyway for your help. Sincerely Franck
