my ney theme dosent support plugin's styles

    Hi ..
    im new web designer
    i create new template and i install “SyntaxHighlighter Evolved” plugin ( and other plugins) onto my website ,
    but in my post dosent work correctly and [php codes] display style is deactive! look like there isn’t any plugin .

    what can i do ?
