My plugin can’t work

What changes did your WordPress affect in the meantime? Maybe you installed the last WordPress updates or any plugin updates?

After taking a short look at your site I just recognize that jQuery/JQuery migrate is not available. jQuery is required for Fixed Widget. Did you make any changes concerning the integration of JQuery on your website? Please try to refresh the cache in case you use a cache management plugin.
