You could access the plugin options by navigating to the “WordPress” admin, and clicking on the “Tracking” from the admin sidebar. You could then select the “Orders” tab and add or edit an order form this view. Do you mean that if you select an order or try adding a new one, it throws a 404 error?
It can also result if the plugin files are corrupted or missing, so you could also try reinstalling the plugin to see if that makes a difference?
Hello, Please i tried that i already. I deactivated and deleted the plugin and then installed it again but i still got the same error. Please help. It is giving me issues with my customers
The plugin throws a 404 error when i click anything under the tracking from the admin sidebar and anytime i add a new order, the customer name disappears and the order status also does. I am at my wits end here

If it does then there’s some issue with the WordPress core files, do you remember making any changes to the WordPress core files?
