I am semi novice. I think I need front end help. My website is beautiful on my business computer. It is has serious issues on my personal computer, and my wife’s, and my sons. We are all using updated versions of Windows 11 and Google Chrome, and 27 inch LG monitors. We are accessing the same website. Just one example, my menu displays horizontally across the page on my computer, as it should, but as one centered hash mark in the horizontal middle of the page on the others. Clicked, it displays my menu vertically. Arrows to show drop down sub menus are very large, and sometimes overlap the text. What can I do to enforce it displaying the same for everybody?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @cwscouten, I tried to visit your website and got a 503 Error. Service Unavailable. https://prnt.sc/7JFcPO4NsUYJ. According to your description, I feel there’s nothing but a cache issue. Did you try to remove the cache on another computer? Also, have you verified if the CSS is loading properly? If you share more details, maybe we can move forward. Hope this helps.

Agreed – it looks like its hosted at HostGator but something is not configured correctly for sure!

    Cheers,
    BP
