Hi, I already SSL certificate installed with Really Simple SSL. However today it started showing a not valid certificate with an open padlock. So I tried installing again but it’s not going through.

your sites SSL certificate has expired. You can generate a new certificate by following these instructions: https://really-simple-ssl.com/install-ssl-certificate/

I’ve installed the certificate but it is not working

It says it’s secure on the dashboard but doesn’t show a padlock?

I have installed it on 2 other websites on the same hosting and for them, it is working

Hi @muhammadak47,

your site does have a valid SSL certificate, but the site still has some mixed content from your own domain. This is usually caused by caching. Could you try if clearing all caches on the site resolves the issue?
