My template keeps changing

I just added one of the Revolution themes to my site. I’m having a problem now that I tried to customize it. Sometimes it looks fine, but then other times the side columns are messed up and the center background is gone. A dot also shows up at the top of the far right column and one to the side of the other column when it is messing up. I have no clue what I did. Is there something that I changed that could be causing it to keep changing like that?
