Hello @jinie14
This problem is mostly caused by broken CSS styles, caused by a broken plugin or theme.
Consider clearing cookies and cache and check if there’s an error with exhausting your web hosting bandwidth.
Try updating plugins and themes on your site; if this doesn’t work, you should consider removing recently added plugins.

Hi Adedotun,
Thank you so much for your quick reply.
It happened yesterday evening. I do remember tried to solve the speed problem, had recently installed a cache plugin. And just before this problem appeared, I was in setting menu of admin and had changed the URL home page https://yourh1c.com to https://yourh1c.com/?v=920d0c66f3d2 (because this is the actual page when the website is open). Could the this be the reason of the broken CSS styles?
I don’t know how to update plugins and themes on my site as I don’t have the admin dashboard displayed.
However I did removed manually all recently added plugins from my FTP interface (not from the admin dashboard by clicking on “delete” button of the installed plugins menu). But it didn’t repair the admin display. I still don’t have access to the admin dashboard where I can edit the pages and plugins.
I also tried with restoring the FTP version of yesterday, it doesn’t work neither.
Do you think the problel could be linked to the change of the URL homepage?
Thanks a lot!
Jin
Hello Jin,
I do not think the problem is linked to these options you mentioned. I took a look at the site URLs you shared, they all look the same, have you resolved this issue?
