Please disable the cache option which appears in our points Settings under Optimization tab. Please select no caching radio button as shown in the below screenshot.

I have been on the same settings that you sent a screenshot from the first day and I did not activate the cache option at all
If I clear the cache now, will the data be lost?
You can clear the cache. There will be no data loss. It will only clear the cache object that is generated from myCred Leaderboard and myCred History.
