Hi, beautiful people. According to the myCred integration add-on documentation, the user gets points when his/her friendship request is accepted, but… what about the other user? Shouldn’t s/he be getting points as well? Given that, I can imagine several not-so-cool scenarios here:

    • A user that sends friend requests to everyone, in order to gain as much points as s/he can, before the other users do the same.
    • A target user that rejects a friend request to make the requester lose points (provided the deducting points rule for rejecting friendships is enabled). If s/he’s not getting points for accepting a friend request, what’s the point of accepting someone’s request?
    • A user that creates an alternative account (user “B”) to gain points “infinitely”, friending-unfriending-friending-… user “B”.

It would be nice if both users would gain points when a bidirectional friendship is made. Also, I can see that there is a rule to deduct points if the other user rejects a friend request. It would be nice, too, if points could be deducted when you unfriend someone (not only rejecting a friend request).

Another cool feature would be to award a badge with certain number of friends, not just with a certain amount of points (because of the user “B” hack…)

Sorry if I make too many suggestions, but ProfileGrid is really worthy. Any plans to enhance the myCred integration add-on soon?
