mydomain,com/wp-admin/index-php error 404

    hello
    i installed wordpress
    the instructions i have are to enter
    mydomainname-wp-admin/index.php
    to get to the dashboard and work on my page
    but i get error 404 not found
    going to mydomainname.com
    takes me to ¨under cosntruction¨page
    clicking on owner log in
    takes me to
    hostingmanager.secureserver.net/Login.aspx
    im pretty new help please

    Hello 🙂

    You should try: mydomainname.com/wp-admin

    or

    However, ‘Under construction’ seems to point to the fact that you do not have the WP core files installed on your root.

    also try:

    yourdomain.com/wp-admin/install.php

    To be 100% sure that WP is installed and not just uploaded sitting dormant 🙂

    i figured it out, called the server
    and they walk me through getting out of having them as the page managers and making wordpress the editors
