Mygate not processing payments

Hi

I’ve purchased, installed and activated the mygate woocommerce plugin and unfortunately it’s not working.

The issue is once a customer chooses credit card payment via mygate and clicks ‘place order’ the page simply refreshes and you remain on the checkout page.

Please could you assist me.
