MyOpenID stoped working!

When I activated this plugin my OpenId stopped working. When I trying to log in with OpenId I get an error “no_identity_server: The provided URL doesn’t declare its OpenID identity server.”

I have these lines in header of my blog:

It always works (without this plugin) :(((
