mysql data tables

Requesting the ability to be able to add extra columns to a table that is pulling data from a mysql..not affecting the mysql db…for example
[sqlcolumn1][sqlcolumn2][nonsqlcolumn]

And you should be able to do transform values from the 2 sql columns into the nonsql column….is this already possible and i’m over looking it?
