Mysql failure after posting, cannot delete post

Hello all!

I have a problem with my 2.7.1 WP, after I write a post
and push the post button, my database gives me too many connections error
and stay like that (it works only when I reboot the dedicated server).
When I try to delete a post it won’t work, it stay like that minutes.
I repaired the DB with phpmyadmin.
What else can I do?
When I post something, it shows into the DB but the tags don’t get into
the database and I don’t get the “The article was posted…” page, I
get the loading…
I disabled all the plugins, the same.
Can somebody tell me what should I do?
