Mystery database error

    WP 4.5.1

    I found the following in error_log. (It was one long line; I unrolled it for clarity.) It appears to be a string that is incorrectly built from fragments.

    An odd part is that “wp_posts” certainly exists.

    How do I trace what is causing the error?
