nag message impossible to remove

i am using the plugin on wordpress on network, but it’s not enabled on the network, but on the separate websites
when i’m browsing on the network website, it always tell me
“Important: You are currently using manual UA code output. We highly recommend authenticating with MonsterInsights so that you can access our new reporting area and take advantage of new MonsterInsights features.”
clicking on the cross to close remove the nag, but it comes back after refreshing the page
