    Hello, I receive the following error whenever I try to send a message to the chat room….

    “WP Plugin SAC: Name and comment required. Please complete all required fields and try again.”

    I have tried reinstalling the plug in & cleared my browser cache, the problem still remains the same.

    I am using Firefox version 57.04

    Just curious if anyone else ran into this issue ?

    It sounds like the plugin JavaScript is not getting loaded on the page. IF you have a URL where the actual form is located, I would be glad to take a look.

    The chat seems to be working fine.. I do however see a possibly unrelated error that you may want to address:

    File not found: http://172.116.33.63:8001/stream

    Hi Jeff It seems that the error message is intermittent, I tried uninstalling the plug in and reinstalling it and it didn’t fix the problem.

    Also, I noticed when I make changes to the welcome chat message, the chat room doesn’t reflect those changes.

    Glad to help. It sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality. The best way to resolve any issue is to do some basic troubleshooting of your theme and plugins. Here is a troubleshooting guide that should help.
