I am not sure what you mean. Do you want pagination within the results of the plugin? Or is there something you cannot find in the administration panel?

Im looking for a plugin wich displays an alphabetic and numeric pagination on my wordpress index as I saw on the screenshots of this plugin this can do it but on the admin area I have only the place to add new names.
Oh you are looking for the code that displays the Name Directory on the website?
That’s fairly easy. If you are in the admin panel, you can hover over your Name Directory and options will appear. One of the options is ‘Shortcode’. If you click on that (like on https://dyp.im/pNDGFjypcb ), you will be presented a shortcode.
You can paste this code in any of your WordPress posts/pages and it should be presented there. Let me know if this works for you.
