Name Encoding problem

    hello,
    After an update we are facing problem with name encoding upon receive of the email. All other email elements are displaying correctly but name is not.

    More specifically name is show up in hexadecimal.
    I can’t figure out if this problem occured while we updated the php version or occured some other moment while updated some plugin.

    Any help will be much apreciated

    You should test both of these changes to try to find the source of the problem.

    Health Check is a good way to check this on a live site. It’s planned to be made part of WordPress Core in coming releases.
