can someone please reply?
it’s really annoying
Hi @freddyvangeel ,
My apologies for the delay in responding!
If you need to attach a screenshot, you can use a service like droplr.com to upload it, and then just drop the link here.
That said, the only time I’ve seen something that sounds like this, it had to do with Yoast on one site and a translation on another. Is either of those true for you?
If not, are you using the most recent version of Sensei (3.11.1)? Would you install the Health Check plugin and send the report?
Best,
Cena
Hi Cena,
I made a screenshot: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Apz9PYIPAQQTgtMZ5Rs2IrlMw_UvNw?e=kWo6Pz
it’s strange, when i update the course, the names are not displayed. only in the edit page.
Hi @freddyvangeel
I just tested this and I’m not able to duplicate it: https://cloudup.com/c-mEIqdWzOG
– is Sensei up to date?
– what version of PHP are you using?
I’d also test for a plugin conflict.
Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.
When the issue returns, the conflict is likely with the plugin you last activated.
Let us know what you find.
Best,
Cena
Since it’s been some time since your last reply, I’ll mark this resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if you still ned help!
Best,
Cena
