Is it one of the hosting packages listed on https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared.aspx ?
If so, then it says (see the list of features) that you can install WordPress and they provide a tool to do the install, if you wish to use it.
yes i have installed wordpress with cpanel but when i come to my site:
froog.eu
does not work!
If you have problems with a WordPress installation tool included in your hosting account’s cpanel, you need to contact the hosting company for support as they know how it is set up to work
