Nameserver e-mail won't verify

I am trying to switch hosts to blue host. I am currently hosted by wordpress.com.

When I go to change my nameservers, WordPress.com tells me I can’t because “you must verify your registrant email address”. I’ve had the verification sent to me about 10 times and I don’t seem to get it. I’ve checked my spam and triple checked my e-mail address.

Could someone please help me? I’ve put in a support ticket for wordpress.com but NO ONE is getting back to me. Been a couple days and I don’t know who else to ask. People on here seem to get back to me.
