Namespace your functions

You might want to namespace your parameter_queryvars function. I got a “Cannot redeclare parameter_queryvars() (previously declared in…” error. I fixed the (equally poorly named) function in my functions file that was clashing with yours, but for the sake of robustness you should do it at your end.
