If the pro version doesn’t work you can get a full refund and I will work doggedly to ensure the plugin does work perfectly on your site. I just don’t know how this issue is occurring.
I had the same NaN issue. It was also due to the bold. However, this is partially the plugins fault. In the copy shortcode button message that you pop up from your settings page, you have the short code coded in bold font. So that if you copy and paste it using Cntrl V and cntrl C, it will paste in the short code in the bold font shown.
You should change that text in your pop up and remove the bold.

Thanks for your feedback. In the popup the font appears bold, but it’s actually not bold. So if you copy that and then paste it into an editor it won’t actually be bold.
The code is like this: <code style=”font-weight: bold;”>[ideapush board=”91″] so when you copy this it won’t paste in bold at least from my testing. Thanks,
