Narm theme on Genesis framework

Unless the theme is created as a Genesis child theme it cannot be used with Genesis. The theme you linked to doesn’t appear to be a Genesis child theme (I could be wrong) and may contain components best avoided such as cufon & timthumb.

You can add WooCommerce templates to a site built with the Genesis framework & a Genesis child theme using the Genesis connect for WooCommerce plugin.
