Hi, Hope you’re having a great day.

Just wondering does the native reCAPTCHA settings apply to other payment methods, or just the PayPal ones? e.g. I also have Stripe set up, and it seems counter intuitive to me, to have another captcha system to serve Stripe payments, if yours can handle PayPal, and the checkout in general.

    If that makes sense.

    Thanks,
    – Toby

    Hello @digitalduckplugins

It makes sense, and this is a good thing to clarify. The native reCAPTCHA feature in PayPal Payments applies only to PayPal-related flows. It does not apply to other payment methods, such as Stripe, and it does not act as a global checkout reCAPTCHA for all gateways.

You can safely leave Stripe as it is. Our reCAPTCHA will not interfere with Stripe or other gateways; it only validates requests that go through the PayPal plugin

    Hope that helps!

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
