Nav Menu Conflicts

I have a menu of about 40 pages. When I saved the menu and MCB was activated, the save process timed out.

I did some digging and found that save_blocks was being called many times, causing loops of db calls and caching.

I put a band-aid wrapper on the function so it only runs if $_POST[post_type] equals post or page.

On the next plugin update, can you patch this?
