    I loaded CMS and it seems to be working fine, however, when I go to OPTIONS and then NAV MENUS, I get an error message:

    The requested URL /myispprovider/php4/mlw_blog/wp-admin/sem-theme-nav-menus.php was not found on this server.

    The same holds true for Recent Comments, Post, Captions etc.

    my guess is you did not install it properly. or you are hosting your site on a windows box that is improperly configured.

    Thanks for the input. When I “install”, I am only uploading the wp-content folder and replacing what is already there. The error message above is looking in wp-admin, and none of the files seem to be migrating to that directory.

    I must be doing something wrong in the install since the server is Unix (powweb.com).

    I have maintained all the other files in the directories… perhaps that’s my problem?
