Navbar with hardcoded and dynamic menu elements ?

Hi.

I`d like to add a horisontal navbar containing both menu elements from the pagelist and elements that I hardcode.

Ideally it should be a hiermenu ( like suckerfish ) 2 or three levels deep.

Are you aware of any tutorials anywhere or does anyone have any advice about how to do it.
