Navigation Bar Text Alignment

Hi,

I can’t figure this out. The text in my submenu isn’t aligned and there’s additional white space on all items. I’ve removed the pages from the menu, reordered them, and nothing works. I would like all the submenu item text to be left aligned or centered at least so there’s minimal whitespace. Please help.
